Any party that contacts Mixit Florida has the assurance that no information of any kind will be shared with any third party unless, and until, their need to know is justified based upon their fulfillment of their service provision to the client.

 

Acceptance of Privacy Policy

By using this site and services, you indicate your acceptance of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree or are not comfortable with any of the terms described in this Privacy Policy, your only remedy is to discontinue use of this site and services.We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Note: 1) As a mobile event planning company most times we are entering into the private homes of our clients and want to feel comfortable, safe, and welcome. with that said - we do not accept or book rude, disrespectful,  or overly demanding clients and it is at our discretion to not move forward with clients who exhibit any of the offending behavior.. 2) Mixit Florida reserves the right to decline to service any potential client for any reason and at their sole discretion and may decline to enter into any contractual agreement with said potential client. 3) If at any time, contracted or not, Mixit Florida, its representatives, team leader(s) or affiliates, reasonably deems an event to be illegal, dangerous, or objectionable, it can, without refund, notification, or compensation to the client should Mixit Florida exercise this right, to immediately remove itself from further service in or the completion of this type of event. 4) Objectionable shall be defined at Mixit Florida's sole discretion, as an event, circumstance, client request, or demand that places Mixit Florida's, its representatives, affiliates, or management in an undesired position regarding activities, unexpected increased liability, codes of conduct, adherence to all applicable laws of the state or country in which the event takes place or any other unplanned or not previously agreed upon aspect of said event.5) Mixit Florida assumes no responsibility for any unfulfilled services contracted, nor any responsibility for any losses of the client nor any expenses incurred by the client as a result of such a withdrawal.
